The project is led by the City of Lincoln Public Works and Utilities Department, in conjunction with Lancaster County, the Nebraska Department of Roads, and the Burlington Northern & Santa Fe Railroad. The consulting team is comprised of Kirkham Michael Consulting Engineers.
